In typical Nelson fare, we not only had Turkey, green bean casserole, garlic mashed potatoes and cranberry stuffing, we also had all of the hor dourves. This year we added to the typical cheese and crackers, oysters and green olives, to also include smoked salmon (caught and smoked by Kevin), Calamata and garlic stuffed olives, peppered jelly, red pepper & artichoke tapenade, and more. For the younger (and not so younger) Nelson's, we even included Teddy Grahams and vanilla wafers! Along with the champagne, we added sparkling juice in red grape, white grape, apple cider, blood orange, and strawberry pomegranate. Not bad...We fell into bed in a coma Friday night!
